๐งญ What Youโll Do:
- Develop & validate in vitro models (2D/3D cultures, organoids, microphysiological systems)
- Replace/reduce animal testing in osteoporosis drug screening
- Design a test battery for pro-/anti-osteoporotic effects
- Contribute to scientific publications & present research
- Support and supervise lab students
๐งพ Requirements:
- ๐ Masterโs in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, toxicology, or similar
- ๐ง Independent, committed, team-oriented, creative
- ๐ฌ Fluent in German and English
- ๐งช Hands-on experience with 2D/3D cell cultures (esp. human primary cells)
โ Desired Skills:
- Microphysiological systems know-how
- Knowledge of bone physiology/pathophysiology
- Basic toxicology (DGPT courses or equivalent)
- Experience establishing test systems
