The Elias Lab at the Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner Research Institute (Department of Biomedical Engineering) is looking for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join a multidisciplinary team advancing research in nanotechnology, ovarian cancer biology, and sonogenetics.

🧪 Lab Focus Areas

• Nanoparticles & materials chemistry 
• Sonogenetics & bioengineering tools 
• Ovarian cancer detection and treatment strategies 
• Translational nanomedicine and tissue engineering 

🌟 Your Role

• Independently design and execute research projects 
• Synthesize and characterize nanomaterials 
• Perform tissue culture, data analysis, and manuscript writing 
• Contribute to lab maintenance and GMP standards 

🎓 Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD in biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, nanoscience, molecular biology, or related field 
• Experience in scientific writing (thesis/manuscripts) 
• Bonus: DNA plasmid work, in vivo models, or automated liquid handling
