Join a federally funded, translationally driven research program at City of Hopeโs Beckman Research Institute, where innovative science meets compassionate care. The Ngo Lab in the Department of Systems Biology is looking for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to lead research on the molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targeting of hematologic malignancies, particularly lymphoma.
๐ฌ Research Focus
- Lymphoma biology and tumor microenvironment
- Immunotherapy using human T cells, NK cells, and CRISPR-based models
- Translational approaches to identify novel therapeutic targets in blood cancers
๐งช Your Role
- Design and lead experiments independently and in collaboration
- Present findings at group meetings and national conferences
- Publish high-impact manuscripts and contribute to ongoing lab projects
- Help develop new protocols and techniques
๐ Your Profile
- Ph.D. in life sciences, biomedical sciences, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in:
- Hematopoietic cell biology
- Mouse models
- Flow cytometry, CRISPR, lentiviral transduction
- Culturing human T or NK cells
- At least one first-author publication strongly preferred
