Position Overview

This PhD position focuses on understanding how plants respond to complex environmental conditions using a combination of experimental plant biology and computational modelling. The student will examine dynamic responses to nutrient fluctuation, water stress, and light intensity using high-throughput phenotyping and quantitative approaches.

Candidate Requirements

• MSc in Plant Biology, Plant Physiology, Systems Biology, Environmental Science, or related field 
• Interest in modelling and quantitative biology 
• Basic programming skills (R, Python, MATLAB) preferred 
• Strong analytical and communication skills
