Position Overview
This PhD will explore the molecular and chromatin-based basis of stress memory in plants. The lab uses advanced epigenomic technologies such as CUT&RUN, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, single-cell epigenomics, and long-read sequencing.
Candidate Requirements
- MSc in Molecular Biology, Plant Biology, Epigenetics, or related field
- Experience with NGS data analysis is a strong plus
- Motivation to work on chromatin regulation and stress adaptation
