Essential Qualification

• PhD in Physics or closely related field. 
• Strong record of high-quality publications and postdoctoral experience; specific experience requirements depend on level (entry-level research faculty vs senior).

Pay Scale

• As per Govt. of India / RRI academic scales (at par with central institutes like IISc/IITs for corresponding levels), including DA, HRA, and research support.
