🔬 Your Role
As a Staff Scientist, you will:

- Perform pipeline testing and validation at scale
- Deliver well-documented reports and code for scientific teams

🎓 Your Background
We’re looking for a talented and motivated scientist with:
- PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
- Strong command of R, Python, and the Unix/Linux command line
- Expertise in designing or modifying bioinformatics pipelines, especially using Snakemake
- Knowledge of NGS techniques (WGS, WES, RNA-seq) and variant calling
- Strong understanding of scientific communication and data interpretation
🌟 Preferred Skills
- Experience with microbiome data analysis and metrics (e.g., alpha/beta diversity, ordination, regression models)
- Familiarity with molecular biology, microbial ecology, genomics, or immunology concepts
