🔬 Your Role
As a Staff Scientist, you will:

  • Develop and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines

  • Integrate pipelines into Snakemake workflows

  • Perform pipeline testing and validation at scale

  • Deliver well-documented reports and code for scientific teams

You will be embedded in a multidisciplinary environment collaborating with researchers in oncology, immunology, and microbial ecology, and will have a real impact on the development of data-driven therapeutic insights.

🎓 Your Background
We’re looking for a talented and motivated scientist with:

  • PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field

  • Strong command of R, Python, and the Unix/Linux command line

  • Expertise in designing or modifying bioinformatics pipelines, especially using Snakemake

  • Knowledge of NGS techniques (WGS, WES, RNA-seq) and variant calling

  • Strong understanding of scientific communication and data interpretation

🌟 Preferred Skills

  • Experience with microbiome data analysis and metrics (e.g., alpha/beta diversity, ordination, regression models)

  • Familiarity with molecular biology, microbial ecology, genomics, or immunology concepts

  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical techniques to real-world, large-scale datasets
