Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City, a premier institute of national importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is inviting applications for faculty positions in the departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). These positions are available at the levels of Assistant Professor (Grade I & II) and Associate Professor. The appointments are regular, subject to review and confirmation, and are aimed at strengthening the academic and research landscape of the institute.

Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising research, developing curriculum, and participating in institutional development.

Eligibility Criteria

• For Assistant Professor Grade II: Ph.D. with first class in preceding degree and good academic record

• For Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum three years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industry experience

• For Associate Professor: Minimum six years of post-Ph.D. experience with a strong record of publications and research

Required Expertise, Skills

• Specialization in core and emerging areas of Computer Science and Electronics

• Strong teaching skills and commitment to high-quality research

• Demonstrated ability to secure sponsored research funding is desirable

• Willingness to contribute to the growth of the institute through academic innovation and outreach

Salary Details – if available

• As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix and MHRD guidelines:
  • Assistant Professor Grade II: Level 10

  • Assistant Professor Grade I: Level 12

  • Associate Professor: Level 13A2
