Position Overview

Harvard University seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow to study the ecological roles of insects under global environmental change. The project explores insect diversity, pollination, and ecosystem services in response to climate and land-use change, combining field ecology, molecular methods, and ecological modeling.

Eligibility

  • PhD in entomology, ecology, or related biological science. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in insect ecology or biodiversity research. 
  • Strong publication record. 

Expertise Required

  • Experience with insect fieldwork, taxonomy, or molecular methods. 
  • Skills in ecological modeling, GIS, or biodiversity data analysis. 
  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams. 

Salary

$62,000 – $68,000 per annum, with benefits.
