Position Overview
AITHYRA invites applications for multiple postdoctoral positions at the interface of AI/ML and life sciences. Projects span high-throughput enzyme discovery, generative AI for biomedical data, and multimodal modeling of protein/tissue dynamics. Fellows will join interdisciplinary teams to advance data-driven biological discovery.

Fixed-term postdoctoral positions (2–5 years depending on project)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML models for biomedical data analysis
- Collaborate with experimental researchers and data scientists
- Publish high-impact papers and present findings internationally
- Contribute to mentoring and interdisciplinary collaboration
Required Qualifications
- PhD (or near completion) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Data Science, Physics, or a related field
- Alternatively, life science PhD with computational expertise
Preferred / Desirable Qualifications
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong publication record in computational or life-science journals
- Interdisciplinary collaboration skills
