Position Overview

This PDRA will contribute to the development of advanced biomedical image analysis tools with applications in cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neuroscience. The project emphasizes machine learning and computational approaches to interpret large biomedical imaging datasets, supporting both clinical and research applications.

Eligibility

• PhD in engineering, computer science, biomedical imaging, or related field.

• Strong background in image processing or machine learning.

• Experience with large-scale biomedical datasets.

Expertise Required

• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Image segmentation, registration, or deep learning methods.

• Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or C++.

Salary

£38,000 – £44,000 per annum, with benefits.
