Position Overview

This role focuses on developing artificial intelligence and computational biology tools to interpret large-scale genomic datasets. The fellow will integrate machine learning with functional genomics to advance precision medicine and gene discovery.

Eligibility

• PhD in computational biology, computer science, or a related field.

• Track record of publications in genomics or AI.

• Excellent coding skills and data analysis experience.

Expertise Required

• Machine learning (deep learning, probabilistic models).

• Genomic data integration (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, single-cell).

• Programming in Python, R, or Julia.

Salary

$67,000 – $74,000 per annum, with benefits.
