Position Overview

This position focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms of plant hormone transport, with a special emphasis on auxin and cytokinin. The research combines structural biology, molecular genetics, and biophysics to unravel how hormones are trafficked at the cellular level and how this impacts plant development. The successful candidate will join a dynamic research environment with access to advanced facilities and international collaborations.

Eligibility

• PhD in plant biology, biochemistry, structural biology, or related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in molecular plant sciences or protein biochemistry.

• Strong publication record and motivation to pursue innovative research.

Expertise Required

• Techniques in protein purification, imaging, or transport assays.

• Background in structural biology (cryo-EM, crystallography) or membrane protein studies is desirable.

• Ability to integrate molecular biology with biophysical analysis.
